Many of these are on Archive.org. Anyway, this "Loose lips sink ships"-themed dramatized short is based on a Los Angeles Daily News newspaper editorial by Manchester Boddy. MGM created this film for the Office of War Information and as you can see it was nominated for an Oscar for Best Documentary.
